This 3-hour workshop is a requirement for membership in Unity of Palmyra and can be easily applied to your community. As the title implies, It covers the “nuts and bolts” of our spiritual community. We review the corporate structure of Unity of Palmyra, including the roles and responsibilities of the minister, council and congregation. We also review bylaws, policies and procedures, and explore aspects of healthy congregations.
