Creating Highly Effective Teams

This 3-hour workshop, based on The Wisdom of Teams by Katzenbach and Smith, explores the importance of creating highly effective teams. Based on their definition of a team, “A team is a small number of people with complementary skills who are committed to a common purpose, performance goals, and approach for which they hold themselves mutually accountable,” the workshop includes an Appreciative Inquiry process for the participants, and examples and exercises to model the power of such a team.
