Leadership Training
Created by Stephanie over years of working with Unity and New Thought boards and leadership, this comprehensive 8-hour training includes leadership wisdom from many perspectives and traditions. It includes information and opportunities for discussion and coaching around organizational dynamics, healthy congregations, roles and responsibilities, membership requirements, and much more.
​This is an in-person training, and is usually part of a weekend of support, including guest speaking on Sunday, a workshop Sunday afternoon, and personalized board coaching, as desired.
Suggested Love Offering: $1,000 plus materials and travel.
